At Arabic.Design, we strive to provide high-quality digital products that meet our customers’ expectations. Since our products are digital files, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except under specific conditions outlined below.

By purchasing from Arabic.Design, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the instant access to digital downloads, we do not provide refunds or returns once the file has been delivered. Please ensure you carefully review the product description before purchasing.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

We will only issue a refund if:

• The file is corrupt or missing essential elements that prevent usage.
• You receive a wrong file that does not match the product description.

If you encounter these issues, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, including:

• Your order number.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Screenshots or proof of the file error.

If verified, we will either send a corrected file or issue a refund at our discretion.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Failure to download the file before the 7-day expiration period.
• Accidental purchases or change of mind.
• Incompatibility with specific software or devices (please check software requirements before purchasing).
• Requests for a refund due to lack of knowledge on how to use the file.

4. DOWNLOAD RESPONSIBILITY

• After purchase, customers will receive an email with a download link, valid for 7 days.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store their purchased files.
• Expired or lost files will not be resent. If a file is lost after the download link expires, a new purchase may be required.
