These Terms of Service apply when you visit arabic.design, create an account, or purchase digital or physical products directly from Arabic Design LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.

1. About us

Arabic Design LLC is a business established in the United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at hello@arabic.design or through our Contact page.

2. Eligibility and account information

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Products and orders

We sell digital products, including downloadable design resources and educational materials, and physical products where listed. Product descriptions, compatibility notes, licence terms, prices and availability shown on the relevant product page form part of your purchase information.

  • An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or make the purchased product available, subject to successful payment and any fraud or availability checks.
  • We may correct an obvious pricing or description error, refuse an unlawful or fraudulent transaction, or cancel an unavailable order. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, we will issue the appropriate refund.
  • Images and screen previews are illustrative. Reasonable differences may occur because of displays, materials or production processes, but products must still match their description and applicable legal requirements.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and may change before an order is placed. The final checkout total shows applicable product charges, shipping and taxes collected by us. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers.

5. Digital products and licences

  • After successful payment, digital products are supplied through the download method stated at checkout or in the order email.
  • Your purchase grants only the usage rights stated on the product page and in any accompanying licence. Unless the applicable licence says otherwise, the licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or make the source files available as a competing product, or claim our intellectual property as your own.
  • You should download and securely back up your files promptly. If an access link expires, contact us with your order details and we will assess whether access can reasonably be restored.

6. Physical products and delivery

Available delivery methods, destinations, charges and estimates are shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. You must provide a complete delivery address and promptly report visible loss or damage. For products bought through Amazon or another marketplace, that marketplace’s order, delivery and return process also applies.

7. Returns, refunds and mandatory rights

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the operational process for digital and physical products. These Terms do not exclude or reduce any mandatory rights or remedies that apply under UAE consumer-protection or electronic-commerce law, including where a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, misdescribed, undelivered or otherwise not supplied as agreed.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The site, brand, product files, designs, text, graphics and other content are owned by Arabic Design LLC or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the site or content except as expressly permitted by law or by a written licence from us.

9. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, delivery providers, analytics platforms and marketplaces. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

10. Availability, disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep the site and products accurate and available, but maintenance, technical faults and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, our customers or our rights, or in response to fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. Rights and obligations intended to continue after termination, including licence restrictions, intellectual-property rights and payment obligations, will survive.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data and how you can exercise relevant rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, operations or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts with jurisdiction in the UAE may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or remedy available under applicable law. Questions can be sent to hello@arabic.design.
