Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to products purchased directly from arabic.design, operated by Arabic Design LLC in the United Arab Emirates. The store sells both digital products, such as downloadable PDF workbooks and design resources, and physical products, such as watches and other tangible items.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to you under applicable UAE consumer-protection or e-commerce law. If a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, materially different from its description or otherwise covered by mandatory law, the applicable legal remedy will remain available.
1. Contact us before returning anything
Email hello@arabic.design before sending a return or requesting a refund. Include:
- your order number;
- the product name;
- a clear description of the problem; and
- photographs, screenshots or other reasonable evidence where relevant.
For the fastest support, contact us within 7 days after receiving a physical product or discovering a problem with a digital product. This notification period is an operational request and does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Digital products and downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and can normally be accessed or copied immediately. Because of their nature, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after a digital file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, where permitted by law.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy if:
- the supplied file is corrupt, incomplete or cannot reasonably be opened using the stated requirements;
- you receive the wrong file;
- the product is materially different from its published description; or
- a technical problem under our control prevents delivery or access.
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may be a corrected file, replacement access, technical assistance, a partial refund or a full refund. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving a refund.
A refund is generally not available solely because of a change of mind, an accidental purchase, failure to check stated software requirements, or lack of experience using the product. This does not apply where the product is defective, misdescribed or otherwise protected by mandatory law.
3. Physical products
You may request a return of an eligible physical product within 7 days of delivery when it is unused, unworn, unaltered and returned with its original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.
Change-of-mind returns must be approved before shipment. Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs and for using a trackable delivery method. Original delivery charges are not normally refundable for a change-of-mind return.
The following physical items are not eligible for change-of-mind return where permitted by law:
- customised, engraved, personalised or made-to-order products;
- products showing use, wear, alteration or damage after delivery;
- items returned without essential parts, accessories or original packaging; and
- items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after their protective seal has been opened.
These exclusions do not remove remedies for an item that was defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description when supplied.
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect physical products
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly and keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions. After verification, we may repair or replace the product, provide the missing item, arrange an appropriate return, or issue a partial or full refund as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
When we confirm that the product was defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed when supplied, Arabic Design LLC will bear the reasonable approved return cost. Do not send an item to an address found on an old invoice or website copy without first receiving current return instructions from us.
5. Return authorisation and shipping
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused where the product is not eligible. Approved return instructions will identify the correct return destination and any required reference.
Please pack the item securely. For customer-funded returns, risk remains with the customer until the return is received. We recommend a trackable service and retaining proof of shipment.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate the refund within 14 days after approval or, for a physical return, after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
Any currency-conversion difference, bank fee or card-provider charge outside our control may not be refundable. If only part of an order qualifies, the refund may be limited to the affected product and any directly applicable charges.
7. Order cancellation and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a physical order. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfilment or shipment has started. Digital orders may be fulfilled immediately and therefore may not be cancellable after access or delivery.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer unless the error was ours.
8. Delivery delays and lost shipments
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. If tracking shows a serious delay or loss, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Remedies depend on the shipment status, carrier investigation and applicable law.
9. Purchases made through another marketplace
If you purchased an Arabic Design LLC product through Amazon, another marketplace or an authorised third party, the return must normally be requested through that seller or marketplace under the policy displayed at the time of purchase. This website policy applies only to orders placed directly on arabic.design.
10. Fair use and abuse prevention
We may refuse a request involving fraud, abuse, repeated downloading followed by unsupported refund claims, deliberate product damage or other conduct inconsistent with this policy, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
